Systeem en applicatiebeheerder
Als systeem- en applicatiebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de continuïteit en stabiliteit van onze ICT omgeving en applicaties zodat je collega’s en bedrijfsprocessen optimaal ondersteund worden. Je maakt onderdeel uit van ons ICT team en werkt nauw samen je collega systeem- en applicatiebeheerder en collega’s op andere afdelingen.

Wat we van jou verwachten
- Ervaring en expertise: Je hebt een relevante opleiding en aantoonbare werkervaring in systeem- en applicatiebeheer, bij voorkeur in een productie- of projectenomgeving.
- Applicatie en netwerk kennis: Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van en ervaring met ERP, PDM/PLM. Daarnaast heb je kennis van en ervaring met netwerken en ICT security.
- Servicegerichte houding; Je helpt je collega's bij storingen of problemen mt hun ICT middelen en/of applicaties.
- Zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit: Je bent proactief, integer en je werkt gestructureerd. Bovendien ben je een kei in samenwerken met je collega's.
- Talen: Je spreekt bij voorkeur Nederlands, Engels en Duits

Wat ga jij doen?
- Continue performance: Bewaken en waarborgen van beschikbaarheid performance en bedrijfszekerheid van de ICT systemen en werkplekken.
- Analyse en advies: Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en adviseren over verbetervoorstellen, deelnemen in projectgroepen voor procesoptimalisatie.
- Applicatiebeheer: Uitvoeren van software updates en versiebeheer van applicaties, testen van nieuwe of aangepaste software en verzorgen van gebruikersinstructie in samenwerking met key-users.
- Ondersteuning en advies: 1e en 2e lijns ondersteuning van je collega’s bij Stork IMM, beantwoorden van binnenkomende meldingen en/of vragen, eerste aanspreekpunt bij storingen.
