Wat ga je doen?
Als HR-functionaris / HR-adviseur ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-onderwerpen binnen onze organisatie. Met een pragmatische en proactieve aanpak help je collega’s, managers en het MT om HR-vragen en –projecten succesvol te realiseren.
Kerntaken
- HR-advies & dagelijkse operationele ondersteuning
Je ondersteunt managers en medewerkers bij vragen over contracten, verzuim, arbeidsvoorwaarden, procedures en ontwikkeling. - Recruitment & onboarding
Je coördineert en ondersteunt wervings- en selectieprocessen én zorgt voor een warme, professionele introductie van nieuwe collega’s. - Performance & ontwikkeling
Je faciliteert talentontwikkeling, functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en denkt mee over scholing en loopbaantrajecten. - Beleid & procedures
Je (her)denkt en implementeert HR-instrumenten, beleid en processen die passen bij onze organisatiecultuur. - HR-administratie & rapportages
Je houdt personeel data up-to-date en maakt heldere rapportages ter ondersteuning van beslissingen.
Wie ben jij?
Wij zoeken een HR-professional met een stevige advies- en service-mentaliteit die graag werkt in een dynamische en technische omgeving.
Jij brengt mee:
- HBO/WO-werk- en denkniveau, richting HRM, P&O of gelijkwaardig
- Ervaring als HR-adviseur of HR-functionaris (2-5 jaar is een pré)
- Hands-on mentaliteit, met oog voor kwaliteit én pragmatische oplossingen
- Communicatief sterk, empathisch en dienstverlenend
- Affiniteit met arbeidsrecht, recruitment en personeelsontwikkeling
- Je werkt secuur, gestructureerd én je voelt je thuis in een groeiende organisatie

"I started at Stork IMM in the field service department as a Service Technician. Over the years, I transitioned to the internal service team, and my role evolved from Service Technician to Troubleshooter.
