"I started at Stork IMM in the field service department as a Service Technician. Over the years, I transitioned to the internal service team, and my role evolved from Service Technician to Troubleshooter. In this position, I’m responsible for handling all customer inquiries related to machine malfunctions. Lately, I’ve also been involved in some sales activities. Sales has always appealed to me, and Stork IMM is giving me the opportunity to explore this further.

Working at Stork IMM is truly amazing. You can start out as a technician and grow into roles like Area Sales Manager. Anything is possible as long as you’re ambitious, proactive, and show what you’re capable of. On top of that, the product is truly impressive. Both Stork IMM and its machines are constantly evolving. It never stands still, and that’s exactly why I still enjoy working here after all these years."

What makes my job so enjoyable and challenging is the dynamic nature of it. Every day is different because of the interaction with both technicians and customers. Sometimes they have to travel to far-off places like Africa for assignments and are away from home for two or three weeks. We always plan these trips in consultation, so that everyone feels comfortable with the arrangements. It gives me great satisfaction to organize this properly for them."

"I started at Stork IMM as a Goods Management employee, mainly focused on quality control. With a desire to keep growing, I enrolled in a Transport and Logistics Specialist course through a POP discussion, which was a valuable step for both me and the company. I now act as a stand-in for the supervisor during his absence and hope to grow further in this role.
